Another possible case of Jose Mourinho sneaking in through the side entrance of this close-season's hugely competitive transfer market, the signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would rock Paris Saint-Germain's plans to bring him to Parc des Princes.

The Parisians have tabled a £61million bid in an effort to bring the Borussia Dortmund forward back to his home nation, after four prolific seasons in Germany.

The current fluidity within the transfer market has forced Mourinho to cast his net wide in an effort to shore up Manchester United's attacking options, resulting in an alleged 'personal intervention' in order to land Aubameyang.

With Griezmann provisionally off the table, and others elsewhere on this list aggressively targeted by some of United's Champions League rivals, the Gabon international's ruthless proficiency in front of goal could be the ideal solution, as 'The Special One' searches for more killer instinct following one too many indifferent draws in last year's Premier League campaign.
