Man Utd Transfers: 7 Players Moyes Should Sell This Window
7. Anderson
Age: 25 Nationality: Brazilian Joined United: July 2007 The Brazilian midfielder is a tireless worker, but has never really settled at Old Trafford. In his six-and-a-half years at the Manchester United club, the Brazilian has never managed to convince management he was worthy of regular first-team football. However, this season has proven how poorly he is regarded at Old Trafford. In an weak midfield, he has started three times in the league, with Moyes more willing to risk centre-back Phil Jones and 40-year-old Ryan Giggs in the centre of the park than the Brazilian. The Brazilian did have his moments; starting 24 of 38 league games in his opening season, and scoring a penalty in the 2008 Champions League final against Chelsea. The truth is he has failed to live up to his potential in a big way, and at 25 years of age, he is a flop at United. With rumours abound of an imminent move to Italian club Fiorentina, this is a move that Moyes might be making pre-summer.
