New Man City Manager: 5 Replacements For Roberto Mancini

4. Carlo Ancelotti

Former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti could be a surprise replacement for Roberto Mancini. The Italian was said to be on a shortlist to replace his fellow countryman last summer and City could make another move for the man who won the Premier League and FA Cup at Stamford Bridge. He was just recently appointed manager at Paris St Germain however, but in spite of the French outfit being top of Ligue 1 on the day he took over, the club finished as runners up after his first season in charge - not quite the result that the Qatar owners of the richest club in France and one of the richest clubs in the world had in mind. Ancelotti would probably welcome a move back to England after spending two years there - if City made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Source(s): The Mirror
