Slightly harsh due to the fact he was out for more than two seasons, but the Ryan Taylor of old seems to have simply disappeared. His set-pieces have been appalling, he looks massively off the pace in the Premier League, and he hasn't contributed enough in defence or attack. It is a shame to see such a popular figure go in some ways, but his contract being up sort of reflects his diminished role at Newcastle.
