9. Newcastle United 1-0 Chelsea (07/05/06) - WON

Glenn Roeder took over the reins from Graeme Souness during the 2005-06 season - and a final-day victory over Premier League champions Chelsea saw Newcastle finish in seventh place in the table. Stephen Carr may have been dismissed for the home side, but Titus Bramble's excellent finish gave the Magpies the victory over Jose Mourinho's men. Amazingly, this is the last time Newcastle managed to win a final-day game in the Premier League.
