No. 8: Buffalo Bills
The pick: Cordarelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee The Bills are another team who is under new coaching, with Chan Gailey out and in comes former Syracuse coach Doug Marrone. Marrone quickly disposed of former quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and has brought in Tarvaris Jackson and Kevin Kolb to compete for the starting gig, so they likely won't need a quarterback. They're also good at running back with C.J. Spiller finally becoming the player they had hoped for when they drafted him a few short years ago. But at wide receiver, they could use some help for Stevie Johnson, the team's only 1,000-yard receiver in 2012. Patterson is perhaps the best wide receiver in the draft and the Bills would be foolish to pass on him so that they can pair him with Johnson and give either Kolb or Jackson a great 1-2 punch down the field.
