I think its fair to say that Norwich City will snap their hand off if such an offer were to be launched, but its an awful lot of money to pay for a Championship player that some fans feel hasnt yet reached his full potential. Another issue could be the question of how much first team football he is likely to get. Most people would feel that Redmond is a top prospect for England so needs to be playing on a regular basis.
