Group F
Predicted Table: 1. Dortmund 2. Arsenal 3. Napoli 4. Marseille After a thumping
5-0 aggregate victory over Fenerbache in the final qualifying round, Arsenal show their European credentials once again. They will head into the group stages full of confidence, however I think they will find the opposition very tough and potentially too strong. Last year's beaten finalists Dortmund will be looking for another good run in the competition and I for one can see this happening. After keeping holding of in-form striker, Robert Lewandowski, Dortmund once again have a strong squad for the 2013/2014 season. Italians Napoli, managed by the experienced Benitez, will also challenge Arsenal for the qualifying spots. However, after selling the prolific goalscorer
Edinson Cavani to PSG, Napoli do look slightly weaker than they did this time last year. Marseille will be no push overs, and had they been drawn in a different group, I would potentially back them to progress to the last 16. However this is a very strong group and I would expect the French side to fall short of the mark. As for the top two, I think Dortmund will progress comfortably, with Arsenal narrowly edging out Napoli for second place.
