Sunderland's Best Starting XI For The 2015-16 Season

Despite a disappointing first season (though expectations were too high on him to score and create goals as his primary position is a defensive midfielder) Jack Rodwell has looked good in pre-season for Sunderland and could yet make a contribution. I doubt we'll see him every week but as a backup, you can rely on Rodwell.
