8. Brendan Rodgers

Brendan Rodgers Liverpool career stands on the edge of a knife. No doubt what hes attempting to do build a new youth-centric culture and style into the club will take time, but time is not a luxury readily available in the Premier League. Improvements last season were minimal, even when compared to the disaster that was Kenny Dalglishs second coming, and promises of jam tomorrow might not be enough for Liverpool fans who can still remember heady Champions League nights. The other problem the Northern Irishman has is Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan was always headache-inducing, but as long as he kept up his imperious form he was a headache worth tolerating. But now, it appears
the controversy-riddled striker wants out of Anfield, citing his inability to win individual prizes because of the hatred he inspires. If Suarez goes, and its looking like he might, Rodgers is in all sorts of trouble. Re-structuring a club comes with plenty of teething problems but if you have a striker capable of 20-plus goals, you can paper over the cracks with almost embarrassing ease. But with his top scorer gone, the ex-Swansea manager may find himself under the magnifying glass like never before. If the Reds cant replace Suarez, Rodgers just might pay with his job.
