The Champions of the Championship last season will be coming up on a high. Put that together with the new Russian owner Anton Zingarevich and the £6 million purchase of Pavel Pogrebnyak and their is a definite different feel to this team from the last time they were in the top flight. There is still time for Brian McDermott to add to the seven signings he has made already and if the new owner is serious about the club and if they find themselves in a relegation dog fight come January then they might have the ability to dip into the market that other teams around them might not. Brian McDermott has proved original doubters wrong and was awarded the LMA Championship Manager of the Year as he lead his team to a magnificent 14 wins from 16 games. Any kind of run like that this time around should keep his team in the Premiership and cement his position as one of the best English managers around.
