15. West Brom
Having lost Roy Hodgson to the FA they have taken what can only described as a huge gamble on Steve Clarke. A coach of the highest regard after spells at Chelsea, West Ham and Liverpool this is a big step forward for the Scotsman. He won't have to do it all himself though as he will be working closely with director of football Dan Ashworth providing continuity and stability. Clarke has already utilised his extensive contacts in the English game to sign Romelu Lukaku on loan. If he can manage to keep the burgers out of the young Belgian's hands and help him mature as a player the same way he helped Didier Drogba then that could go a long way to keeping West Brom out of any relegation battle. Keeping Ben Foster between the posts may turn out to be the difference in staying up as to going down. First Three Games: Liverpool (H), Tottenham (A), Everton (H)
