We are now a little over two months into the new Premier League season, and it has been a fascinating start to the campaign to date. Chelsea lead the way and look comfortably the team to beat, but the table has a refreshing look to it. Southampton and West Ham have both impressed hugely so far, while the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal have all struggled hugely to hit top gear. Burnley and QPR prop up the table, meanwhile. As well as the various impressive team efforts since August, there have also been many outstanding performers on an individual basis. Whether it be reliable goalkeepers, dominant defenders, influential midfielders of lethal strikers, we have seen it in abundance. Picking a best eleven so far is extremely difficult, with some players very unfortunate not to make the cut. Fraser Forster, for example, has been superb for Southampton, while Diafra Sakho has excelled at Upton Park. The likes of Dejan Lovren, Eliaquim Mangala and Mario Balotelli have a long way to go, however. Without further ado, here is the Premier League Team Of The Season So Far...
