Premier League Transfers: 10 Championship Players Teams Should Buy

5. Jarrod Bowen (Hull City)

Hull City didn't have the best of seasons but one shining light for the squad was undoubtedly Jarrod Bowen. The 21-year-old ended the season as his side's top scorer, a feat made even more impressive by the fact that he often played out on the wing rather than up front.

Bowen had only made a few first-team appearances prior to the start of the 2017-18 season but burst into the starting eleven in style over the course of the year, scoring his first goal against Aston Villa in Hull's opening clash and adding 14 more strikes in all competitions in the months that followed.

Despite his average height and young age, Bowen showed all the physical talents of a top class striker over the course of Hull's campaign, consistently getting into great positions and showing a lot of strength to hold off opposition defenders and get his shots away. It could take him time to adapt to the Premier League, but he could be a great backup option at a mid-to-lower table club.
