Barring the recent signing of the experienced Kolo Toure to help soften the blow of Carragher's retirement, Rodgers has purchased highly talented players that are relatively young, players such as Sturridge and Coutinho. Aspas fits this mould. He is quick, skilful and has an eye for goal, having found the net 12 times in the league this term for a struggling Celta side. If Aspas can prove to be as influential as Coutinho and Sturridge have been in the latter half of last season, then Liverpool fans will undoubtedly be ecstatic.
