The show is headlined by the Daniel Cormier, Frank Mir Heavyweight clash and takes place at the Chesapeake Energy Arena and will air on Showtime in the United States. McMann, the 2004 Freestyle Wrestling Olympic silver medallist, had her defining performance at Invicta FC 2 back in July while Carmouche challenged, then, Strikeforce champion Marloes Coenen in 2011 and came up short submitting to a fourth round triangle. 31-year-old McMann made her Mixed Martial Arts debut just last year and has posted a winning streak of six victories in 14 months, remaining undefeated in that time. She has enjoyed big victories over the likes of Shayna Baszler, Hitomi Akano and Tonya Evinger and has won half of her victories by either technical knockout or submission.
