strongly linked with a January bid for Fulhams teenage hotshot - this has HR nightmare written all over it. At the tender age of 19, Dembele has been terrorising Championship defences all season and is being touted as one of the divisions brightest prospects. Fulham dont look destined for the Premier League anytime soon, but quite the opposite is true of their French hitman. Bringing in Dembele would hand Spurs more effective backup in the striker department and give them talent to nurture for the future, but they face competition for his services from a number top-flight rivals, including Manchester United and Everton. While Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic has attempted to downplay the possibility of the Paris Saint-Germain youth scheme product leaving Craven Cottage, player power accounts for a lot these days.
