7. GSP vs. Dan Hardy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntDBaYY0R-g Georges St. Pierre had a habit of making good fighters look average, and sending their careers into tailspins. That was the case with Dan Hardy, who GSP fought in March 2010 at UFC 111. Coming into the fight, Hardy had been on a seven fight win streak, four of which were in the UFC. Then he hit GSP, and his career was never the same. After their title fight, Hardy would lose three more consecutive fights before finally picking up two wins to finish off his career (GSP had a similar effect on Thiago Alves and Josh Koscheck, though not to the same extent). The fight itself was pretty active, and Hardy showed a ton of heart. This remains one of the few decision fights for GSP that probably could have ended in a finish: GSP had hardy in a tight kimura and arm bar in two separate rounds, but Hardy refused to tap despite possible damage to his arm. After the fight, Hardy was quoted as saying he "didn't know the meaning" of the word tap.
