Wolves owner Steve Morgan will reportedly approach the League One side over the next 24 hours with a view of appointing Saunders as his new manager. Saunders went down with Doncaster when they were relegated from the Championship last season but has since maintained steady progress with the club during their life in League One, making them one of the favourites for promotion back to the Championship this year. However, Doncaster have said via micro-social networking site Twitter that no official approach has been made for their manager.**
