World Cup 2018: 7 Players Premier League Clubs Should Buy
2. Hirving Lozano (Mexico)
Hirving Lozano was being tipped as a breakout World Cup star before the tournament began and has exceeded expectations so far, shocking Germany into silence with a stunning, game-winning goal in Mexico's opening group stage clash.
The PSV winger is just 22 but is already being tipped for a very bright career and has amassed 32 caps for his country so far, scoring 8 goals in the process. He enjoyed a great few years at boyhood club Pachuca in Mexico and has really excelled since his move to the Netherlands, scoring 17 league goals last season as he helped his side to an Eredivisie title.
Lozano's goal against Germany was really well-taken, and he's performed brilliantly in Mexico's other matches too, providing an assist for Javier Hernández in the 2-1 win over South Korea. Reports suggest that PSV are willing to listen to offers around £35-40 million, which could be a relatively bargain price for such a promising talent. He's been linked with Everton, Arsenal, and Liverpool, but could equally improve the likes of Tottenham or even Manchester City, should they choose to pursue him.
