All throughout the first season of the Flash, criminals and killers seemed to be able to just waltz into Barry's secret base of operations all willy nilly without a care in the world. His friends were constantly under the threat of death from maniacs who didn't even have to get past so much as a locked door. At the beginning of season 2, the gang finally added in a whole host of security systems to keep evil doers out. Not even metahumans could get through their wall of security without them knowing about it! This is when Jay Garrick entered the room without setting off a single alarm. Cisco makes a quip, everyone laughs, roll credits. Only, Jay doesn't have any powers. Losing his speed after his fight with Zoom, Jay Garrick had no way of getting through the security systems without setting them off. There is no way he could have gotten that close to them without setting off a single alarm, so how did he do it? The team had literally just went through all the security systems they had, so they couldn't have all just been switched off. Apparently Jay is just immune to alarms.
Any time I'm not writing, I'm likely arguing about children's cartoons with strangers on the internet or staring at my ceiling and wondering where it all went wrong.
