4. The Walking Dead

It's weird to think that The Walking Dead has been going on as long as it has, what with it approaching its eighth season on the air and all, but it's even weirder to think that it used to be a good show.

The series had been criticised, memed and satirised to death by the time season seven opened its gates to the public, and, unlike previous years in TWD's stint on TV, there were pretty much no redeeming features to be found. In fact, the seventh season pretty much exemplified all the tired old clichés that the series has churned out at some point or another, with character deaths and expository dialogue ruling the day and with the season itself ending in a particularly tired fashion.

Just let this one go, AMC. It's clearly not built to last the same way that the comic was. If you're that desperate for an Image TV show, however, then there are plenty of other comics out there waiting to be adapted...
