11. Eleven's Return From The Upside Down - Stranger Things
Stranger Things appeared out of nowhere to briefly become everyone’s new favourite show of 2016, thanks to the great acting, the creepy monster and the absolutely awesome eighties soundtrack; plus Barb became a meme, for some reason.
The finale of Stranger Things found Eleven taking down the Demogorgon, seemingly at the cost of her own life. A later scene with the sheriff hinted she’s probably still out there, and her return in season two has already been confirmed.
How this will happen remains to be seen, but her reunion with the boys will no doubt be a touching one; unless she’s somehow turned evil during her time in The Upside Down, which would be bad. We’d also like to see the Demogorgon make a return too, and maybe find out some more about his origins.
