12. Milhouse Wasn't Scared, He Was Just Peeing
When Bart sneaks out to watch a rap concert that he was strictly forbidden from going to, he gets scared about facing the consequences and fakes his own kidnapping. While hiding out in Milhouse's dad's house, Bart accidentally leaves a clue as to where he is, and Chief Wiggum miraculously finds him.
Kirk gets sent to prison, and of course, Milhouse is mad because it's all his best friend's fault. When Bart is confronted however, he threatens to tell the world that Milhouse wet himself watching Harry Potter if he reveals the truth.
He could have been scared when Voldemort returned, or he could have been upset when Dobby or Dumbledore was killed. But knowing Milhouse, chances are equally good he cried when Harry and Ron missed the Hogwarts Express back to school.
