One of my favourite quirks about Frank Underwood is that despite being a super-serious, respected politician, he still finds time to play video games, and more to the point, there are times in season one when he seems flat-out addicted to them. Though they tone this down considerably in season two (there's not a PS Vita in sight), there is one hilarious reference, when Frank's home is being security-proofed now that he's the Vice President, and he tries to play God of War: Ascension on his PS3. Aside from the fact that it's an extremely apt game for the guy to be playing, he comes unstuck when he tries to connect to a multiplayer game, as due to the adjustments his home is going under, his PS3 cannot access his Wi-Fi connection. Brilliant.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
General video game, TV and film nut. Occasional sports fan. Full time loon.
