One of the foremost superhero relationships in Marvel Comics, Matt’s relationship with Natasha Romanova was a major part of his life in his 1970s comic run, with her consistent appearances and team-ups with her then-lover even leading marvel to even briefly rebrand the Daredevil comics as ‘Daredevil and the Black Widow’.

If that isn’t making it official we don’t know what is.

While the on-screen pairing between Black Widow and Daredevil isn’t as unlikely as say, a team-up with Spider-Man, the vast web of timelines and time-and-place logistics in the MCU (alongside an already-established romance with Bruce Banner) means that our chances of a small screen homage to one of Marvel’s most iconic romances are incredibly low indeed.
