Ranking Every DCAU Show And Film Worst To Best

9. Justice League Unlimited

Justice League Fatal Five
Warner Bros.

Justice League Unlimited was the sequel to Justice League that we never knew we needed until it happened, but when it finally did, it expanded the DCAU to a whole new level. The Watchtower's population skyrocketed thanks to the introduction of a multitude of new heroes, including Black Canary, Green Arrow, Catman, Supergirl and Zatanna.

Abandoning the previous show's approach of two-parter episodes, JLU returned to the more traditional episodic format and, while this sometimes resulted in arcs feeling a little truncated and underdeveloped, it also meant that there were less heroes involved in each respective adventure, which allowed the show to fully showcase the newcomers.

Justice League Unlimited was a solid attempt to be bigger and better than what came before and, although it never quite reached the unobtainable heights of its predecessor's major episodes, the vast majority of them were every bit as enjoyable.

It also deserves points for finally welcoming a horde of DC's most famous characters into the DCAU.
