The Book Of Boba Fett: Everything We Know So Far

1. Plot Speculation

While no one knows much about the plot of The Book of Boba Fett, there are a few different directions the series could take the title character in.

For example, it could give insight into how he escape from the Sarlacc pit after the events of Return of the Jedi. The Mandalorian does not discuss how Boba escaped the inescapable belly of the terrifying Sarlacc, so perhaps his own show will go into the details of this.

Boba Fett could also meet with Cobb Vanth, who appeared in the season premiere of The Mandalorian. Vanth, played by Timothy Olyphant, stole the show as the Marshall of Mos Pelgo, wearing Fett's armor until he gave it to Din as payment for helping defeat the krayt dragon. Din in turn gave the armor to Boba Fett, so seeing Boba meet the man who had his armor for many years could make for an interesting story.

Additionally, Boba could cross paths with some of the bounty hunters he worked with during his days with the Empire, such as IG-88 or Bossk. Due to the nature of that particular career, any such characters could easily turn on an old ally for the right price.

The Book of Boba Fett could also take place directly after the post-credits scene from The Mandalorian. The show could follow the scum and villainy in Tatooine, with Boba and Fennec acting as crime lords.

Given Luke Skywalker's cameo in The Mandalorian, any number of major existing characters could pop up in this new series. With the post-Return of the Jedi timeline, Boba could come across the likes of Han Solo as he seeks a rematch, or even have some dealings with Luke Skywalker and the Jedi he has under his stewardship.

Regardless of what the premise will be, The Book of Boba Fett seems like it will make a great addition to the Star Wars Universe.
