The Flash Season 2: 7 Ups And 5 Downs From 'Versus Zoom'

1. Seeing Barry Lose His Speed

The Flash Versus Zoom
The CW

For fans of the Scarlet Speedster, seeing Barry lose his powers was likely a 'down' rather than an 'up' moment, but the way it was handled was brilliantly done.

Tinged with sadness, it was heartbreaking to see Barry literally run until the point that he could run no more. Collapsing in a heap, and now left without his superspeed, poor Barry ran himself into the ground.

Whilst Zoom casually making chit-chat with Team Flash throughout all of this felt a little off, the downer of seeing Barry drained of his powers was fantastically crafted by the guys behind The Flash. Now we just have to sit back and watch the Sultan of Speed's mission to get his powers back in order to finally take down Zoom once and for all.
