10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (June 27)

1. Seth Rollins Brutally Beats Ambrose Backstage

As Dean Ambrose retreated to the backstage area, he'd demand that the cameraman followed him to his dressing room. There, he'd pop the cork on a bottle of champagne and say he was going to act like a World Champion should. Sitting down, he'd drape the WWE World Heavyweight Title over his shoulder and begin addressing the camera.

This wouldn't be a usual conclusion for Monday Night Raw, and there'd be a reason for that. On SmackDown, Rollins managed to escape from Dean's grasp following a match against Sami Zayn. On this occasion, the roles would be reversed, but Ambrose wouldn't be so fortunate.

After Ambrose had cut a quick promo about how proud he was to be champ, he'd start heading towards the showers. Out of nowhere, Seth Rollins blindsides the titleholder, smashing him against a nearby wall and choking him.

Cruelly keeping his foot on a downed Dean's neck, it'd be Seth's turn to address the camera. Snatching the WWE Title, he'd state that his former Shield buddy had run out of luck, and that he was stupid for thinking he'd get away without a receipt from Rollins.

This allows Ambrose to be livid on SmackDown, spending the show looking for Seth, a story that can bleed into next Monday.
