9. The Lucha Dragons As High-Flying Masked Men
In fairness to Kalisto and Sin Cara, they have worked hard to connect to the WWE audience. In many ways, they've succeeded, but they have one big black mark against their names. Reportedly, Vince McMahon isn't a big fan of the high-flying duo, which doesn't exactly bode well for their future as a team. The Lucha Dragons provoke a reaction any time they appear on screen, but if management aren't keen on their team then they need to do something to change things up. This poses quite the conundrum, because it's hard to see what a pair of high-flying masked men working a Lucha Libre style can do differently to satisfy their boss. Their style and characters seem set, after all. In some respect, The Lucha Dragons represent a unique entry on this list. They're not failing because the fan base doesn't like them, they're failing because those backstage don't seem keen enough. That's a shame, because they've proven capable of putting on excellent matches regularly, but their stock has started to sink over the past few months.
