Finally, Baron Corbin has some fire in his eyes. For a long time now, Corbin's future looked uncertain. He has a great look and an even better finishing move, but he's yet to display much, if any passion. While the stoic thing made sense for a while, fans began to turn off, possibly even resent him a little. Corbin eyes are often vacant and unengaged (a problem that has held back stars like Jack Swagger in the past), which has the effect of making him look more like a bad actor than the strong silent type. Add to that an uninspired feud with Bull Dempsey and a return to squashing his opponents and fans were close to seeing him as Baron Boring instead. His feud with Rhyno shows signs of changing that. The two brawled at the top of last night's show, and Corbin looked alive. He threw himself at Rhyno striking at him with his elbows over and over again. While the NXT locker room tried to hold him back he broke away and made several attempts to jump back into the fray. This is the intensity that Corbin needs to keep him in the fans' good graces.
