England fans might argue that Jordan Pickford was the greatest goalkeeper of the tournament, but it was Belgium's Thibaut Courtois who walked away with the Golden Glove award. Pickford was a real bright light for the Three Lions and made some top saves, but Courtois was the deserved winner.

The Chelsea man racked up three clean sheets over the course of the tournament and was a veritable brick wall between the sticks for Roberto Martinez's side. He had some great games throughout the World Cup, but his performance against Brazil in the quarter final was medal-worthy all on its own.

Courtois made nine saves in that match and was a major thorn in the side of Brazil's forwards as they tried desperately to forge a way back into the game. In the dying minutes, Neymar sent a curling effort towards the back of the net, but Courtois again made a key fingertip save to earn his side one of the most impressive wins of the entire World Cup.
