10 Best Premier League Football Kits For 2014/15 Season

3. Arsenal Away

Arsenal released their three kits for 2014-15 in style with a traditional red-and-white home shirt and aforementioned blue third kit being unveiled alongside this striking yellow strip in a special presentation on the River Thames. Marketed as a 'trilogy kit', manager Arsene Wenger explained the individual 'Future, Forever, Victorious' inspiration behind each of the designs. The traditional red home kit represents 'forever', the blue 'future' while the yellow 'victorious', and that's the one we like best. Inspired by the 1971 and 1979 FA Cup Finals - which Arsenal won 2-1 and 3-2 against traditional rivals Liverpool and Manchester United, respectively - the kit is also a nod to the now-legendary title-winning victory at Anfield in 1989. The V-neck shirt features a yellow body with blue sleeves, and hooped yellow and blue socks. This strip really does deliver a heavy dose of nostalgia, and will take fans back to the dreamy glory days when they were England's top dogs. Supporters will hope the look will inspire them to go on and build on the FA Cup they lifted back in May, with that win making them the competitions's joint-top winners alongside Manchester United.
