4. CM Punk
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OS9wZGb_3g CM Punk. Possibly the best pro wrestler of the modern WWE era (Daniel Bryan would be my other choice). Long linked the the UFC, he was once to have walked out to the ring with Chael Sonnen, though Vince McMahon, ever mindful of his assets, eventually nix'd the appearance. And, maybe, someday, a UFC fighter? Punk had to fight his way into WWE stardom, setting off his "pipe bomb" in a historic, worked shoot that many were amazed the company even allowed on air. Well, years later, the emotion and criticism behind that shoot are still palpable, and Punk has left the company. A Gracie trained Jiu-Jitsu fighter, Punk has been questioned about a possible MMA run several times, something a number of other past and present UFC fighters have done, including, obviously, Brock Lesnar, Dave Bautista, and Bobby Lashley, to varying degrees of success. He's been seen at a number of UFC live events, and is well known as a big MMA fan. Here's to hoping Punk decides to make that leap, as Rener Gracie recently stated that Punk's MMA potential had "no limit" in an interview with Ariel Helwani.
