5. Kevin Lee
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtvoH6S3L3Q A successful wrestler on the NAIA level, Lee gave up his final two years of wrestling eligibility to begin his pro MMA career. Lee's striking is improving, but his wrestling game is his bread and butter, with powerful takedowns, stifling top control, and a decent submission arsenal. 4-2 in the UFC and having already faced some tough opponents Lee has shown an ever improving MMA game and without doubt has room to grow. Impressively "The Motown Phenom" did not take easy fights to begin his career as many prospects do, his first three opponents had a combined record of 18-3, which included appearances in Strikeforce and Bellator. Many agree that Wrestling is the best base for MMA so if he can continue to improve his striking skills we are looking at a daunting fight for anyone in the Lighweight division.
