2. Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping, UFC 100

Every great fighter has a defining moment in their career that fans associate with them. Although Dan Henderson has won a bunch of titles, defeated a number of MMA greats such as Fedor Emelianenko, Wanderlei Silva and 'Shogun' Rua, it's his knockout of motor mouth middleweight Michael Bisping that will probably stand the test of time more than any of his other accomplishments.

Fans were already extremely interested and invested in the scrap due to the two fighter's distinct dislike for each other following their stint as coaches on the ninth season of The Ultimate Fighter. Many believed the brash Brit, who had only lost Rashad Evans in his career at this point, would have too much for Henderson come fight night, but 'Hendo' had other ideas.

With his trademark overhand right locked and loaded, Henderson blasted Bisping right in the face, sending him crashing towards the canvas. And just to make sure Bisping was definitely seeing stars, Henderson followed up with a pinpoint accurate follow-up strike on the ground.
