8. Jack Grealish Will Move To Manchester United
One of the biggest problems facing many of the clubs outside of the traditional top six is holding on to their best players. In recent years, the allure of the big clubs has taken Harry Maguire from Leicester, Virgil van Dijk from Southampton, and Nathan Ake from (admittedly relegated) Bournemouth.
The next name that could be added to that list is Jack Grealish. The Villa midfielder has been mentioned in transfer rumours for several windows now, and after playing an integral part in the club's Premier League survival, it seems his days at the Midlands could be numbered.
One of the strongest rumours is that Manchester United will be coming for Grealish, and if they make an offer within the region of £50-60 million, it's going to be impossible for Villa to reject. They could take that money and improve across the team to give themselves an even better chance of staying in the Premier League for a third season.
Though the beginning of the offseason has seen United's efforts aimed toward prying Jadon Sancho away from Borussia Dortmund, the German club are standing their ground, and it's only a matter of time before the Red Devils need to look towards their other targets. Grealish included.
