9. Matija Nastasic
Perhaps the player on the list with the hardest job; Nastasic was a deadline day signing who was in-part swapper for Stefan Savic, another played destined for the first team who didnt develop fast enough. The 21-year-old made several key errors throughout his debut season and he was subsequently punished with a move to Fiorentina. The Serbian centre back is going to earn comparisons with Uniteds Nemanja Vidic, purely because some football commentators seem to draw them just on nationality. Serie A can boast some of the top defences in Europe and Nastasic earned his place as a starter for the Tuscany team. The 19-year-old wont be afforded much time to develop in the Premier League; Roberto Mancini only has Vincent Kompany, Joleon Lescott and Kolo Toure as central defence options. While Kompany is one of the best in world, Lescott has had mixed fortunes at the Etihad and Toure seems sure on a move to Turkey in the near future. Nastasic reads the game well and most importantly hes comfortable in the tackle and he wont make rash challenges. The £12 million new signing has the knowledge and understanding of the game to settle in well in the Premier League and he can get physical when under pressure. http://youtu.be/Q1Ks-neG1GI
