5. Orlando City Stadium
As with DC United, Orlando City are also trying to cash in on the recent growth of the sport across the water. The new home of Orlando City is currently under construction and the recent addition to the MLS are aiming to move into the stadium in 2017. The arena was part of the club's proposal to join the Major League in 2015 and is situated nearby to their current base at the Orlando Citrus Bowl. With their first season in the MLS attracting an average crowd of over 30,000, the Lions had a rethink and decided to increase the capacity of Orlando City Stadium to 25,500 to try to match demand. The stadium will be the first in North America's top tier in 'soccer' to offer a standing section for fans, as well as having roods over all four stands.
