De Boer, once again, saw the need to remove his name from any speculation linking himself with the top job at St James' Park with the Ajax boss agent claiming he is happy in Holland. Guido Albers also revealed that, although a number of clubs from around Europe had contacted Ajax about De Boers availability, the Magpies were not one of them. Speaking to Sky Sports, Albers revealed: Frank has informed Ajax he will stay next season. Frank will not be leaving the club in the summer. There have been many approaches from other clubs, not Newcastle, but he is happy at Ajax.
