The diminutive winger has pace in abundance, as well as an eye for goal, and has performed well for Liverpool in some of their biggest games this season. He has been used in a number of positions by Brendan Rodgers, at the tip of a midfield diamond and out wide on the flanks, but if he is to grab a place in England's starting eleven it is most likely to be on the right wing.
