Mousa Dembele has never really performed badly for Spurs, as such, but you always get the impression he is playing within himself and, hopefully, with the man-management skills of Mauricio Pochettino, he will finally flourish in the famous lilywhite shirt. The Belgian international is a physical beast, with the strength to effortlessly shrug off the challenges of almost any player on the planet in a direct confrontation, and he is very versatile, able to play as a defensive midfielder, an attacking midfielder or even an out-an-out striker. He can dispossess men, beat his man with ease and has a fearsome left-footed strike on him. If Pochettino can find his best position and get him to bring his A-game to every match, he could be a huge asset to Spurs this season - particularly if he can start scoring the number of goals he's capable of scoring.
