9. Donte Stallworth - One Season

WR Donte Stallworth had just concluded a poor season with the Cleveland Browns when he was charged with DUI manslaughter after running a crane operator over in Florida as he waited for a bus. Stallworth was suspended for the entire 2009 season, but only served 24 days of his one month jail sentence. Upon release he reached a financial settlement with the victim's family, though he maintains his innocence, with his lawyers claiming that he had an excellent chance of being found innocent, but Stallworth 'chose' to be convicted to do what he felt was morally right.
