10 Reasons UFC Should Bring Back Paul Daley

7. UK Marketability

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84bGxDVVQYQ As you may have noticed in recent years, British fighter stock in the UFC is dwindling to an all time low. Both Brad Pickett and Michael Bisping have gone 2-3 in their last five fights, Ross Pearson is technically 2-2 (1NC) in his last five after being robbed of a win against Diego Sanchez. Even Jimi Manuwa lost his unbeaten record, albeit to an amazing talent in Alexander Gustaffson. Andy Ogle is doing even worse at 1-4 in his last five. Such talents as Terry Etim and Paul Sass were both unceremoniously dropped from the company after a couple of bad results. Back in 2009/2010, Team Rough House out of Leicester/Nottingham was riding incredibly high with a few fighters in the UFC and then having Dan Hardy go after Georges St. Pierre's title. Since 2010, it has all been downhill though. British talent has been dropping off the worldwide radar. Daley is somebody who isn't in the UFC, but is still talked about by MMA fans worldwide. He provides knockouts and is someone you would watch if you heard he was fighting. Of course, his marketability would again hinge on whether he could keep his temper down and prove to be an ambassador for the sport outside of the cage too.
