The 24-year-old midfielder is comfortable on the ball and a player who likes to control the tempo of a game, whilst also providing a creative spark in the final third. Villa boss Paul Lambert is known for giving youngsters a chance to impress and that should continue with Westwood, who could remain a crucial part of the clubs side for years to come and may even be a future England international.
