8. Graeme Souness Stomps On Gheorghe Rotariu
Graeme Souness is now known for being a Sky Sports pundit and for those old enough to remember, a Liverpool player. Souness, who was playing for Rangers at the time of this tackle, clearly stomps on the shin of Gheorghe Rotariu, which went unpunished. The way Souness takes his eye off the ball and then decides to stomp on Rotariu was a clear meaningful kick.
