15 Examples That Prove NUFC Isn't 'Your' Club

14. Your Club Will Keep Managers That Are Wholly Unsuccessful Despite Cries From The Fans For A Change

To put it bluntly, Alan Pardew broke every negative record in the history of Newcastle United and still managed to keep his job far longer than he should have. It was quite frankly hilarious to see him walk out on a club that gave him so much backing. In reality, no one from the world of football could have argued with Newcastle United if they decided to wield the axe any time from May 2013 (just after the club narrowly avoided relegation for the first time) till the day Pards left at the backend of 2014. Now, John Carver, Pardew's subordinate, a man absolutely no one envisaged taking over when certain protests were held, has led the side to eight successive league defeats and could break the all time record of 10 by the time the season is out. An attempt to prise Steve McClare away from Derby County hasn't worked, so instead of going out and getting someone else, the club have cut their losses and stuck with the man that is taking them in only one direction. Down. How can a football club and the people that run it look themselves in the mirror when they completely disregard the voice of the paying fan.
