Midfielders:
Morgan Amalfitano (West Brom 5.0) Proving to be an instant hit and great late summer transfer window loan signing, West Brom's Morgan Amalfitano has netted 2 goals and provided an assist in his 3 games. One of those goals came at Old Trafford last weekend with a good run and composed finish. Amalfitano looks like a quality player and although his team are unlikely to be amongst the top scorers this season he has the potential to rack up a few points. West Brom host Arsenal this weekend. It's difficult to say when to put the French midfielder in your team because it appears he's capable of picking up points anywhere. West Brom's first match after the international break is a trip to Stoke. Aron Gunnarsson (Cardiff City 5.0) Cardiff City look like they may need a few goals from their midfield to help them avoid relegation at the first attempt. Icelandic midfield Aron Gunnarsson already has one to his name and has fired in a few shots on goal this season. He's also been creating chances for his teammates, so there's potential for points via both goals and assists from this player. This weekend Cardiff City host a Newcastle side that conceded 3 goals at Everton on Monday night. Steve Sidwell (Fulham 5.0) Fulham don't have too many goalscoring threats in their team. Led by Dimitar Berbatov and now with Darren Bent to choose from as well, but aside from those two strikers there's only really the occasional goals from Bryan Ruiz and Steve Sidwell to support them. I think they're relegation contenders this season, and Sidwell is also a red card hazard. But he netted 4 Premier League goals last season and has 1 already this term to make him worth considering. Fulham host Stoke City on Saturday. Ravel Morrison (West Ham 4.4) "Potentially United's most gifted youth product since Paul Scholes" according to Luke Edwards from the Telegraph. Ravel Morrison has a lot of talent and Sam Allardyce has taken a gamble on his off the field problems in hope he can turn him into a star at Upton Park. The young midfielder in a home loss to Everton and if he continues to get game time he could potentially be a fantasy football snip at 4.4. Ravel Morrison has started West Ham's last three games and finished the last two. They're at Tottenham on Sunday. Alternative worth considering: Pajtim Kasami (Fulham 4.6)
