4. Gary Neville
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTdraJ3mig4 Before we discuss this video, we must warn that it contains language some viewers may find offensive. Still here? Good. In this video we see former Manchester United defender Gary Neville undergo the cold treatment alongside legendary colleague Paul Scholes in support of terminally-ill United fan James McCarthy. James, who is battling terminal brain cancer, created a bucket list recently that included meeting the famous Class of '92 and Neville and Scholes were all too glad to oblige. James met the duo and watched on as they took on the ALS challenge, with Scholes tipping a bucket over Gary, who promptly called his tormentor a t***. Oh dear. Still, videos like this remind us that the Ice Bucket Challenge is in aid of a good cause. 3. Anderson
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukxMJCluYe0 Once again, sometimes it's the nominations within an Ice Bucket Challenge video that stand out over the actual dunking and that is definitely true as we come to Manchester United star Anderson's attempt. The Brazilian outcast, who has been mostly on the fringes at Old Trafford of late, steps to the forefront here with one of the best ALS videos we've seen. This challenge is brilliant for a number of reasons. One, just look at Kagawa's reaction after being selected and two, remember those claims that Anderson is overweight? Yeah... Oh, and another reason why this is so great? The midfielder NOMINATES SIR ALEX FERGUSON. We haven't yet seen the Scot accept the challenge, but we will be keeping a very close eye on developments in the coming days.
